Welcome
Hey there. We are a couple of young gals who live in a small town and like to travel. Both of us separately had the epiphany that the perfect career would be to write travel guides. And what better place to start, than with our seemingly unadventurous hometown of Port Angeles?
From February to June 2011, we will be exploring and writing about all those great and hidden places and things to do on the North side of our Olympic Peninsula. Our focus is on the authentic, thrifty, inexpensive, non-touristy, and rather outdoorsy opportunities of our area. So welcome to the making of the Nomad’s Guide to the North Olympic Peninsula!
